No. Your customer account works in the web browser on any phone, tablet or computer. Our cleaners use a dedicated app on iPhone and Android.
Do I need to be at home during the clean?
No. Many customers leave a key in a key safe or arrange access another way. You tell us during booking, and we keep access details secure.
Do I need to provide cleaning products?
For most services our cleaners bring professional products and equipment. If you prefer us to use your own products, for example because of allergies, add a note when you book.
Can I book a clean for my office?
